pillow cases vintage Caring for your quilt accent pillow case baby

Spending so much of our time in bed, it is important your quilt feels beautiful wash after wash.

We’ve spent many years of quality testing to understand how a product performs in actual day to day use, which in turn helps us to develop care instructions that will achieve the best longevity of our products.

Whilst we recommend following the care label on your quiltpillow cases vintage, here are a few quick tips to keeping your quilt in the best shape possible.

Care checklist:

Always follow the care instructions on product labels, as some materials require dry cleaning, whilst others are machine washable.

Your quilt should be washed at least twice per year.

Place your quilt in direct sunlight every month to allow it to air. The sun is a natural antibacterial agent which will keep your quilt hygienic and fresh, assisting to kill germs in between laundering.

As you change your quilt seasonally, place your quilt in a sealed bag so it stays fresh. The original packaging of your Sheridan products is ideal for storage. We recommend leaving the zip slightly open to enable air to circulate while your quilt is stored.

We’re starting this week off with a little something just for you! The One-Shoulder T-Shirt Dress by Anne at Wobisobi is easy to make, oh so comfy, and absolutely adorable. Wear it with a pair of tights and a cute bomber jacket this fall, or with heels and jewelry for date night. If you have two T-shirts and a sewing machine you pretty much have everything you need. While you’re at it, grab two sweatshirts to make a warm Sweatshirt Dress.

Hello! It's Elizabeth from Stockroom Vintage back with another wedding DIY project. I'm so excited to share this faux floral chair garland with you all. When I first started shopping Old Time Pottery for craft project ideas for this new partnership with the store and The Budget Savvy Bride, I knew I wouldn't be able to resist the store's faux flower section for long–there were just so many blooms calling my name!
